Policies and FAQ

CONSULTATIONS - 

 

     Consultations are required for all color services.

     Consultations may be either digital, through filling out an online form, or booked in person, prior to desired appointment date.

     Please answer all consultation questions honestly and thoroughly to the best of your ability. These questions are not in place to scold you for using box dye or drugstore products. These questions are to guarantee that we are on the same page, and to help make sure that you get the best possible result.

 

CANCELLATIONS/ NO-SHOWS -

     While we understand that life happens, we ask that any cancellations be made within 48 hours of appointment time when possible. 

     There is currently no cancellation fee (within 48 hours prior to appointment) in place for first time cancellations, however you may be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit up to 50% quoted service cost to rebook for future appointments.

     Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and may be subject to above mentioned cancellation policy. Please be considerate of my time, and of others'.

REFUNDS/ RETURNS -

     

     Hair cannot be returned, it's not possible.

     Refunds will not be issued. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify me within 48 hours of service completion. I am happy to do fixes or minor adjustments to guarantee your satisfaction.

     Please note, changing your mind after the service does not qualify for free fixes.

REFERRALS - 

​

     For all referrals, both the referrer and referred may receive $10 off any cut, or $20 off any color for first appointment, or next appointment for returning clients.

     Please mention who you referred/ who referred you before checkout. Failure to mention may  result in loss of referral discount.

     Referral discounts may be stacked with no limit, up to a fully free service.

LOYALTY PROGRAM - 

​

     Present your punch card at checkout to receive half off every fifth haircut, and tenth haircut for free.

     Failure to bring punch card will result in loss of loyalty rewards for that visit.

​

OTHER - 

​

     Often times the salon can be cold, please consider bringing a jacket for your comfort.

     Feel free to bring any food or snacks, especially for long appointments. We also have vending machines on site, and many delivery options available!
